• Search queries or indexed data
• User account information (no accounts required)
• Usage analytics or behavior tracking
• Device identification or fingerprinting data
• Location information
• Personal identification information

3. Limited Information Collection

The only information we may collect relates to payment processing and essential service operations:

3.1 Payment Information:

If you purchase a subscription, our payment processor collects necessary financial details such as your payment card information. We do not directly handle or store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors who comply with industry security standards.

3.2 Email Communications (Optional):

If you voluntarily contact us for support or sign up for our mailing list, we collect your email address solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or sending you updates you've requested. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

3.3 Website Analytics:

Our marketing website (not the app itself) may use analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our site. This does not include any data from the ARNO application itself.

4. How Your Data is Stored

All conversation data, indexes, and search history created by ARNO are stored locally on your device in the application's designated storage directory. This data:

• Remains on your device at all times
• Is accessible only through the ARNO application
• Can be deleted by uninstalling the application or manually removing the data directory
• Is your responsibility to backup if desired

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your conversation data or personal information because we do not collect it in the first place. The limited information we may collect (such as payment details or voluntary email communications) may be shared only with:

• Service Providers: Third-party payment processors necessary to complete subscription transactions
• Legal Requirements: If required by law to comply with legal processes or regulatory requests
• Business Transfers: In the unlikely event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

6. Your Rights and Choices

Because ARNO does not collect or store your conversation data, you have complete control over your information:

6.1 Data Control:

You have full control over all data stored locally by ARNO. You can delete, export, or modify your local data at any time through your device's file system.

6.2 Email Opt-Out:

If you've subscribed to marketing communications, you can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly.

6.3 Payment Information:

For questions about payment data, please contact our payment processor directly or reach out to our support team.

6.4 Complete Data Removal:

To completely remove all ARNO data from your device, simply uninstall the application. This will delete all locally stored conversation indexes and application data.

7. Third-Party Services

ARNO indexes conversations from third-party AI services (such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex). Please note:

• ARNO only reads conversation data that is already stored locally on your device by these services
• ARNO does not communicate with or send data to these third-party services
• The privacy practices of Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and other AI services are governed by their own privacy policies
• We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party AI services you use

8. Children's Privacy

ARNO is not directed at users under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can address the situation appropriately.

9. Security

Since ARNO operates entirely on your local device and does not transmit data to external servers, the security of your conversation data depends on:

• Your device's security measures (password protection, encryption, etc.)
• Physical security of your device
• Your operating system's security features

We recommend keeping your device secure with password protection and up-to-date security patches. For any payment or limited personal information we do collect, we employ industry-standard security measures, though no system can be 100% secure.

10. International Users

Because all data processing occurs locally on your device, ARNO does not transfer data across international borders. However, if you contact us or make a payment, minimal data may be processed according to the location of our service providers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons.
